I have been trying to make some changes in my diet/or lack of one since the beginning of the year as my body needs to be healthier. Thinner would be nice also. I had started by doing Slimfast shakes and at least some small changes in my diet. I had lost about 9 lbs from a previous dr app as of last Tuesday. I joined Weight Watchers last Tuesday and I am thanking the Lord for an encouraging 1st week, at today's weigh-in I had lost 3.6 lbs.
