My 1st First Place ribbon photo. I won 1st place in class b at the Indian River Photo Club last night. Our theme was In Between. My photo title is In Between a Rock and a Hard Place.

Extremely sore, fell at the gym this afternoon.
I was setting up the treadmill, entering what I thought was the level I wanted, turned out to be the speed. There was no way I could keep up and my momentum finally snatched me away from the handles.
Appointment with an orthopedist 2 weeks later : 2 almost identical shoulder fractures.

As 2013 draws to a close I am posting to catch up. I want to make a new effort to blog in 2014.
